About

I grew up in central New York state and I have strong family ties to the Onondaga Nation, an indigenous Nation that is part of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. In my day-job, I work in community engagement at University of Colorado. I am passionate about supporting communities as well as individuals. As a craniosacral student, I enjoy being able to work with clients and provide free sessions. It is an honor to support by noticing and listening to the stories their bodies and systems want to tell.

Outside of my day job and my craniosacral practice sessions (and homework), I enjoy playing basketball, watching the Denver Nuggets, cooking, reading and catching up with family and friends.
